Epic Games is giving The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be given away on the Epic Games Store next week
  • This includes all expansions and DLCs.
  • The version given away is the GOTY (Game of the Year Edition).

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the addicting games to be ever played. Released in 2015, the Epic Games store announced that the free game will include all the expansions and DLC’s released to date.

It is surprising that they will give away the GOTY (Game of the Year Edition) next week, after announcing that they will give Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5) for free.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a 2015 action RPG developed by CD Projekt. It is the sequel of the 2011 game titled Assassins of Kings. Players portray the character Geralt of Rivia. Due to its popularity, The Witcher was also adapted as a Netflix series starring Henry Cavill who also happens to be a huge fan of the franchise.

Here are the minimum requirements to play this game.

  1. OS: Windows 7, Windows 8 (8.1) or Windows 10 64-bit
  2. Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30 GHz / AMD Phenom II X4 940
  3. Memory:  At least 6 GB of RAM
  4. Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 / AMD Radeon HD 7870
  5. Storage:  At least 35 GB of available space

Here are the recommended requirements for better performance.

  1. OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  2. Processor: Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40 GHz or AMD AMD FX-8350 @ 4.00 GHz
  3. Memory:  At least 8 GB of RAM or more
  4. Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon R9 290. If you have 1080 T1, then it’s better
  5. Storage:  More than 35 GB of available space
