Valkyrae and Fuslie partners with AcadArena to grant scholarships

Are you also someone who wants the opportunity to have a once-in-a-lifetime meeting with some of the most well respected public figures in the gaming and online streaming scene? AcadArena has recently revealed new scholarship programs in partnership with 100 Thieves content creators Valkyrae and Fuslie.

What is AcadArena Scholarship and Aid (ASA)

AcadArena Scholarship and Aid (ASA) is a program where ACADArena provides educational assistance, financial aid, as well as gaming gear peripherals such as hardware upgrades to student gamers who wish to pursue their academic and gaming goals.

• Please take note that as listed in ACADArena, these scholarship programs are for student gamers in SHS (Grade 12) and Undergraduate College level in the Philippines.

ACADArena has recently revealed their new partnership with 100 Thieves’ content creators Valkyrae (who is also the CO-CEO of 100T) and Fuslie. Availing of these scholarships will also give you the opportunity to meet these well respected streamers on-stage during CONQuest Festival 2023.

Valkyrae’s Homecoming Scholarship

With Valkyrae’s homecoming in the Philippines, ACADArena is celebrating her “balikbayan” with a new scholarship program that will help the student gamers who not only wish to help balance their academic priorities and gaming pursuits, but also have the grand opportunity to meet up with Valkyrae herself. • Eligibility: Grade 12 to Undergraduate College student gamers in the Philippines
• Three Awardees will receive a FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIP
  • Up to 180,000 PHP to each awardee
• Awarding will be received on-stage during CONQuest 2023 (June 4)
• Meet and Greet with Valkyrae
• Key dates:
  • a. Application period – April 4 to May 22, 2023
  • b. Announcement of Awardees – May 26, 2023

Fuslie’s Scholarship for Women in Gaming

ACADArena has also announced a new scholarship program in partnership with Fuslie aimed at helping female gamers and students be empowered in the gaming sphere. This scholarship program under Fuslie helps female gamers become stronger when it comes to speaking up against harassment, having a voice in leadership positions, as well as helping the entire gaming industry to have a more inclusiving and equitable environment. Availing of this scholarship program will also give you the opportunity to meet Fuslie in CONQuest 2023.

• Eligibility: Grade 12 to Undergraduate student gamers in the following countries – Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam
• Awardees will earn a FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIP
  • Up to 135,000 PHP (Philippines) / 3,300 Singapore dollars (Singapore) / VND 58,000,000 (Vietnam) for each awardee.
• Awarding will be received on-stage during CONQuest 2023 (June 4)
• Meet and Greet with Fuslie
• Key Dates
  • a. Application Period – April 4 to May 22, 2023
  • b. Announcement of Awardees – May 26, 2023

CONQuest 2023 ACADArena Scholarship

If you are interested in just attending CONQuest Festival 2023, ACADArena also has another scholarship program for those who want to attend, as well as availing a scholarship program with ACADArena,

• Eligibility: Grade 12 to Undergraduate College student gamers in the Philippines
• 1 Awardee will receive a 100,00 PHP Grant
• 10 random applicants From February 21 to April 29 will receive a CONQuest Festival 2023 Friday Pass, Winners are announced on April 30.
• There is no essay requirement.
• Key dates:
  • Application Period – February 21 to May 26, 2023
  • Announcement of CONQuest ticket winners – April 30, 2023
  • Announcement of Scholarship Awardee – June 1, 2023
